This is a tulle tutu in 6 sizes: 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 inches. This design is made entirely on the embroidery machine and 'in the hoop'! The tulle skirt is attached with your embroidery machine to make this an extra-special one-of-a-kind design! When you're done with this design, your garment can be gently washed and dried just like any applique. The bow is added after the stitchout.
