This design is a "3d" design which is done completely 'in the hoop'. The zip file includes a complete tutorial with pictures in .pdf form to show you how to do. The design is done in two steps, first the flowers which are done 'in the hoop' and then you will do the flip flops and attach your 3d flowers with your embroidery machine. It's really simple.
