This design is a "3d" design which is done completely 'in the hoop' and features tulle attached with your embroidery machine. The zip file includes a complete tutorial with pictures in .pdf form to show you how to do. The design is done in two steps, first the wings are done 'in the hoop' and then you will do the owl and attach your wings and tulle with your embroidery machine. It's not hard and has a great boutique look!
